The Lakehurst Hall features a seating capacity of 125 people and is wheelchair accessible. The hall is air conditioned or heated, as needed, to keep visitors comfortable in any season. We think you'll love our large meeting hall and mid-sized meeting room with a coffee maker, sink, microwave and fridge. The main hall boasts a fully equipped commercial kitchen including dishes, a wet bar and a coffee bar!
Rates are effective February 1, 2019.
Rates are in Canadian funds. For events requiring multiple day rentals, please contact us. Tables and chairs are available for rent, for indoor use only. Payment terms: We accept cash and cheques. We require half of the rental price at the time of booking plus a damage deposit, and prefer the damage deposit be on a separate cheque so it doesn't have to be deposited unless needed. The remainder owing is due 30 days prior to the event.
Main hall without kitchen: $75.00 / day event
Main hall with kitchen: $100.00 / day event
LCBO event without kitchen: $250.00 ***
LCBO event with kitchen: $300.00 ***
Lower program / meeting room: $50.00
Refundable damage deposit: $100.00
*** For events where liquor will be served, the party renting the hall must first apply for, and be granted, a permit through the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. Permit information is available here. They must also possess party alcohol liability insurance, which is available here.
